At the April meeting we were entertained by Nick Cusack, who is an Executive Officer of the PFA.  Nick gave us a good insight into his day to day activities with the PFA; as a match observer for the Premier League; and into his earlier playing career.  A full report will appears in the May Normidian.

The next meeting - on 17 May - is the Society's Annual General Meeting, at our usual venue.  Click here for an agenda.  The meeting will be followed by a social evening including the presentation of the FA 50 Year Award to Tony Ward by Colin Downey.

The Society held a Presentation Dinner on 21 October to honour six members who had received awards from the Referees' Association and the Football Association for services to refereeing and football.  A report is in the November Normidian, and pictures of the event appear here.
