Our December meeting saw the presentation of the Referees Association Meritorious Service Award to Society Life Vice President, Mick Osborn.  Society Life Vice President Peter Dave kept the evening in order, and the presentation of the MSA was made on behalf of the Referees association by an old friend of the Society, Peter Molyneux, pictured left presenting the award to Mick.

Present during the evening were four Society members who are also holders of the MSA - pictured right (from left to right) are Robin Jagot, Mick Osborn, George Basten, and Charles Lifford.

At the end of the evening, FA certificates and badges were presented by Mick to two of the newer members of the Society, Callum Burgess (left) and Rob McDougal.

The next meeting of the Society will take place at our usual venue on Thursday 21 January.  Doug Douglas, Chairman of the Middlesex County Football Association Referees Committee will be discussing County Disciplinary Hearings.
