Brian Hill, pictured left, who was the FA Cup Final Referee in 1988) was our guest speaker at our meeting in April, and gave members an insight into events surrounding the day, and the time leading up to the final.  Brian then took questions from members.  A full report appears in the May Normidian which is available here.

At the Annual General Meeting, which took place on Thursday 15 May 2008 - outgoing President David Ackerman is pictured right handing over the reins to outgoing Editor Terry Wilson.  Terry will now hold the position for the next three years.  Ken Goldman takes over as Editor..

Society member Paul Taylor has recently vacated the post of Hertfordshire County FA Referees Development Officer.  Another Society member Phil Sharp has succeeded Paul into the post, and started work at Hertfordshire County FA on 21 April 2008.  Click here for the Hertfordshire CFA Press Release.
