Welcome to the Society Information pages of North Middlesex Referees Society website.
North Middlesex Referees Society is currently one of the
largest Societies, if not the largest Society, in England. We have members
residing in North London; the eastern side of Middlesex; and South
Hertfordshire, as well as a few members from farther afield. If you are not a
Member, and would like to

North Middlesex Referees Society was
founded on 20 January 1949, at a meeting of a number of Referees who decided to
establish a Society in this area. The meeting was held above the Crown
public house in Southgate, London, N14. On the occurrence of the Societies
50th Anniversary in February 1999, a Grand Dinner was held, and the Society also
published a book detailing events throughout the lifetime
of the Society,
including pen pictures on all the Officers; summaries of Guest Speakers; and
details of Plum Appointments received by members. Copies of the book are
available at £10.00 a copy (discounts for large orders) direct from
Gary Cobden, Society Treasurer, or
Percy Brown, Gear Supplies Officer.
We currently do not have facilities for direct payment
over the internet, so please forward your order and payment direct to:-
