NORTH MIDDLESEX REFEREES SOCIETY TRAINING SCHOOL

Throughout the country football depends on the services of keen, dedicated people, both men and women, who make a vast contribution to the game at all levels from parks to premiership, and beyond, as referees and assistant referees.   Each week there are games played without qualified officials because there are not enough referees to cover all the fixtures.

To date, since its formation in 1949, NMRS has run over 200 Training Courses, seeing around 2000 people qualify as Referees.  Until recently, the Society generally ran three public courses throughout the year, supplemented with additional private courses, often run for local schools.

Courses were previously arranged independently by North Middlesex Referees Society; however, all referee training is now centrally co-ordinated by Middlesex County FA.

We can also run courses for local clubs - providing there are sufficient numbers, and we can also run courses on the Rules of Mini Soccer.  For further information, please contact our Training Officer, Stan Rosenthal -
