If you find your PC is infected with a Virus, get the latest Anti-Virus protection software from Symantec (Norton Utilities/Antivus) - www.symantec.com; McAfee; or Sophus - www.sophos.com.  All of the software available from these sites is chargeable.  However, for some of the most problematic viruses you will find instructions at these sites on how to remove them free of charge, and there may also be free removal tools to download.
